Minimum Requirements:
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as nursing instructors in residential, didactic and clinical rotations.
ASN – The minimum qualification is Associates Degree in Nursing with RN license and three years of nursing experience.
BSN – The required qualification is bachelor’s in nursing (BSN) with RN license and three years of experience.
MSN is preferred.
As a Clinical Nursing Instructor, you will be responsible for encouraging, supervising, assessing, and evaluating many aspects of direct client care with our nursing students.
You may be required to oversee the administering of medications and treatments in the clinical facilities as directed. You may also need to assist, demonstrate, and supervise use of a variety of medical equipment needed for client care.
As a Classroom Nursing Instructor, you will need to ensure quality classroom instruction, teamwork teaching and guiding students in various nursing courses.
This may include classroom lectures and active learning, practice skills laboratory, and simulation sessions. As a Nursing Instructor, you will also be expected to instruct students in an interactive classroom learning environment, create student and group activities that encourage critical thinking.
You will need to implement curriculum plans, evaluate student performance, and provide academic support and guidance to students as needed.
