PITC Institute has emerged as a recognized, degree granting school in Practical Nursing in our area. We now have strong programs of Medical Assistant and computer Networking Specialist, and Dental Assistant all of which are high job growth skill sets in the greater Philadelphia area. We have started more than 40 classes into the Practical Nurse program. Our graduates have been employed at well known hospitals and long-term care facilities.
Instructors: Our instructors are highly qualified and credentialed for the Practical Nurse, Medical Assistant, and Networking Specialist.
Facility: We have a fully-equipped laboratory for nurse, medical assisting, dental assistant, and computer networking training, and we have recently expanded our facilities to provide an upgraded environment for our students, teachers, and administration.

PITC institute provides an excellent opportunity to start a career in nursing and other healthcare specialties. Graduates are eligible to sit for the NCLEX-PN after graduating from the Practical Nurse Program for the purpose of obtaining the license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse. We offer a 14-month (full-time) program, or an 18-month (part-time) program. Additional 7 months general education courses offered in the evening are required to complete the Practical Nurse Associates in Specialized Technology Degree Program. If you are taking our program to switch your career, we will train you in the basic and job-related technologies, so you are eligible for the job market immediately after you graduate and obtain proper license or vendor certification. In the event that you need further training, you will be given a schedule to use appropriate computer resources on the premises, as well as limited tutoring, until you are confident with your job skills. We do not provide any implicit or explicit job guarantee, but we are dedicated in your development of market oriented job skills.
I feel PITC helps by teaching you a lot of information on many medical diseases and subjects. This helped me when I took the NCLEX because it covered a lot of different subjects and diseases.
