Location: Wyncote, PA
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while utilizing any of the following:
Administrative, Sales, Basic Financial, and Computer Literate and IT abilities
This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services.
Bachelor’s Degree ( or in process)
Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
Understanding of basic financial products and services
Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Adaptability to learn and navigate systems and changing environments
Provide prompt and courteous customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and feedback from customer interactions.
Educate customers on relevant financial solutions and benefits.
Navigate and utilize various computer systems, software, and tools to assist customers effectively.
Clearly and concisely communicate information to customers.
Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
