Financial Aid PITC Institute is approved by the US Department of Education to offer Title IV Funding to qualified students. Our Practical Nursing program is also approved to offer the PA State Grant for continuing education . The program is also combined Pell and PA State Grants, if qualified, may pay for a substantial part of the education at PITC Institute.
