Job summary

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while utilizing any of the following:

Administrative, Sales, Basic Financial, and Computer Literate and  IT abilities

This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services.

qUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree ( or in process)
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
  • Understanding of basic financial products and services
  • Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Adaptability to learn and navigate systems and changing environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and feedback from customer interactions.
  • Educate customers on relevant financial solutions and benefits.
  • Navigate and utilize various computer systems, software, and tools to assist customers effectively.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate information to customers.
