Payments: The registration fee is $100 which includes the first trial of testing; the cost of each subsequent repeat test is $20. Please have the exact change. We cannot accept personal checks or credit cards for the application and testing fees.
You will fill out a complete application (LPN classes) when you come in for your test. Please click here and submit the web form.
The Test is Online: You must be proficient in the use of a mouse, keyboard and web browser.
You must also have an e-mail address. If you do not have an e-mail address, please visit one of the websites, such as www.gmail.com, to create one for free.
When you will schedule a campus visit, please bring the following items with you:
- State/Government Issued ID (for example, driver’s license or State Issued ID)
- Covid Vaccination Card
- Proof of High School graduation (diploma or transcripts)
